Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc.

Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use our website and purchase our programs and services.

Effective date: October 13, 2026. This page applies to all programs, services, workshops, and subscriptions offered by Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. (“Sancia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a session, submitting a form, or purchasing any product or service from Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and any purchase disclosure or written agreement presented to you. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Who We Are and What We Offer

We provide business education, consulting, guided implementation support, done-for-you operational services, live workshops, and subscription research services for people building online product businesses. The scope, price, delivery format, and schedule of each offer are described on its product page and confirmed at checkout or in a written agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before you complete a purchase.
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it current.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or end your access until the balance is resolved.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription products renew automatically on the billing schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel before your next billing date by contacting us at [email protected] or through the method provided in your confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already billed are not refunded except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery and Access

After checkout we will send access details, schedules, and onboarding materials to the email address you provided. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for your own internet connection, devices, and ability to attend live sessions. We may reschedule sessions, substitute presenters or team members, or adjust format or agenda when circumstances require.

7. Done-For-You and Implementation Services

Where a product includes hands-on setup or operational support, the final scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement before payment. You are responsible for supplying accurate information, documents, and timely approvals we reasonably request. Delays in providing these may delay delivery. Third-party costs such as platform fees, inventory, shipping, prep center charges, software, and taxes are paid by you unless the agreement states otherwise.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party marketplaces, platforms, and tools that we do not own or control. These parties may approve, deny, restrict, suspend, or close accounts and may change their rules or fees at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, and you must comply with their agreements and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any income, sales, profit, approval, or business outcome. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer. Your results depend on your own effort, capital, decisions, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

10. Not Professional Advice

Our content and services are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified, licensed professionals about your specific situation.

11. Intellectual Property and License

All content, recordings, frameworks, templates, slides, research, software, text, graphics, and branding provided by us are owned by Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, publish, share login or access details, sublicense, or teach the materials to others without our written permission.

12. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, harass or abuse our team or other participants, disrupt live sessions, or violate any law. We may remove participants and end access, without refund, for violations of these Terms.

13. Testimonials and Marketing

Examples, case studies, and testimonials shown by us reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. By submitting a testimonial or review, you confirm it is truthful and give us permission to display it, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by any written agreement for your specific product.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and presenters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, inventory value, or business losses arising from your use of our website, content, or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that product or service.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials, or your business activities.

18. Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above and any written agreement for your product, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.
