1. What You Are Purchasing

Unless your selected product is expressly a done-for-you service, you are paying for education, instruction, guidance, and access to materials and support. You are not paying for a completed business, a guaranteed outcome, or a service that is not described on the product page.
2. What Is Not Included
Each product is sold separately. Your payment covers only the product you selected. It does not include, and does not entitle you to, any other program, service, upgrade, or subscription offered by Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. Attending or completing one product does not guarantee acceptance into, or discounted pricing for, any other product. Pricing, availability, and terms for any other service are governed by the separate agreement for that service.
3. Additional Costs Are Your Responsibility
Starting and operating an online business requires your own investment beyond what you pay us. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with your business, including but not limited to:
- Marketplace or platform account fees, subscriptions, referral, fulfillment, storage, and other platform fees
- Inventory and product sourcing costs
- Software, tools, or subscriptions you choose to use
- Prep center, shipping, and logistics costs
- Business registration, licensing, insurance, and tax obligations
Unless your product page expressly states otherwise, none of these costs are included in the price you pay to Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc.
4. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings
Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. makes no guarantee, promise, or representation that you will earn any specific amount of money, achieve any particular result, or generate any income at all.
- Any earnings figures, case studies, testimonials, screenshots, or success stories shown on our website, in our marketing, or during any session represent individual experiences only and are not typical results.
- Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, capital, decision-making, product selection, market conditions, competition, and third-party platform policies.

8. Access, Delivery, and Schedule
- After checkout you will receive an email with your access details, schedule, and any onboarding materials. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or promotions folder.
- Live sessions and online content are delivered online. You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and ability to attend.
- Replays, where offered, are provided as a convenience and may be time-limited.
- We may reschedule a session, substitute a presenter or team member, or adjust the agenda or format if circumstances require. We will notify you of any material change.
- Seats and service capacity may be limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before your next billing date through the method described at checkout or by contacting us.
9. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All materials, recordings, frameworks, templates, slides, research, and content are the exclusive property of Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. You may not record, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share access or login details, or teach this material to others. Sharing access with non-purchasers may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may expose you to legal action.
10. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital, educational, or service-based and provide immediate access to proprietary materials, instruction, or work performed on your behalf, purchases are generally final once access has been granted or work has begun.
- Refunds are not available once access, links, materials, bonuses, or replays have been delivered, or once onboarding, setup, or project work has begun.
- Partial attendance or non-use does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.
- Change of mind, lack of time, or a decision not to proceed with your business are not grounds for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund, as no result is guaranteed.
- Bonuses have no independent cash value and are not separately refundable.
- Consultations are non-refundable once scheduled.
If you experience a technical access issue, contact us immediately and we will work promptly to resolve it. Resolution of an access issue is provided in place of a refund.
Exceptional circumstances. Requests arising from genuinely exceptional situations may be reviewed case by case. Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc. and does not create a precedent or obligation.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback on a properly delivered product or service may result in immediate revocation of access.

Our total aggregate liability relating to any product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
12. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session and to terminate access without refund for abusive, disruptive, harassing, or unlawful behavior, or for violation of Section 9.
